Cozi Inn Hotel, Bangkok, Bangkok

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were not very clean, and we spotted quite a few cockroaches, which made the place stinky. The rooms were small, and the Wi-Fi never seemed to work properly. On the bright side, the 8th-floor view of Baiyoke was fantastic.

The hotel is located in an optimal area for those who enjoy shopping, within walking distance to Pratunam Market and Platinum Fashion Mall. The service was quite nice, with friendly and helpful staff. The dining options were decent within the shopping area. The location is convenient for travelers interested in shopping and near good restaurants. The rooms, however, were small, and the breakfast menu was limited at times.

The hotel in Bangkok is quite big for three of us but rooms were dirty, especially the bed sheets that were not changed when requested. The service was rude, unhelpful, and unfriendly, despite claiming daily bedsheet changes. Location is good for shopping area visits, yet hard to find by taxi and very dirty in the rain. The dining included limited options with inconsistent availability, and the Italian strata wasn't bad. Facilities were basic.

The hotel rooms were like an oasis - very clean, with cable TV, air-con, and comfy beds. However, my initial room had issues with noise from a bachelor party at 3 am, but the staff promptly moved me to a new room, which unfortunately had water and AC problems. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.

The hotel is situated near a busy area, offering proximity to various markets and halal restaurants. The rooms lacked towels initially, but they were supplied later, although the quality was not as expected. Access to rooms required using a lift to level 7 and climbing to level 8, located near the water pressure motor.
